Welcome to Andes Hockey

Join us at The Andes Hockey Project where we develop talent, build a strong community, and inspire resilience through the sport we love

The Andes Hocky Project is an international initiative dedicated to supporting the development of aspiring field hockey players from under-privileged backgrounds by providing mentorship, training and access to equipment across the Andean region.

Providing access to field hockey equipment will remove one of the main barriers to participation faced by underprivileged players. Access to proper sticks, protective gear, and balls will:

  • Increase participation by making the sport more accessible to players who would otherwise be excluded
  • Enhance player safety through appropriate protective gear
  • Improve player's skill developement
  • Build community pride by giving clubs the means to organise regular training sessions

We believe that providing access to field hockey equipment will remove one of the main barriers to participation faced by underprivileged players and under-resourced clubs.
